Paul and his wife, Fiona, previously led the Vineyard Church in Bournemouth where they are still based. They have three grown-up children.

Today, Paul heads the customer support team for a UK Church Management System. Still passionate about discipleship and pastoral ministry, albeit in a different context, Paul loves helping church teams leverage technology in their ministry. When not building epic Lego models or whittling something with wood using his scroll saw, Paul can be found immersed in a good TV box set, enjoying nearby beach walks, and expanding his diverse coffee house portfolio.

Fiona is a sixth-form Head of Year and teacher at a large local secondary school, and a seasoned all-year-round sea swimmer.
