Ben grew up in Portsmouth, and currently lives in a village called Hemingford Grey, near Cambridge, working  as a youth minister for St James Church (www.churchbytheriver.org.uk). His ministry involves him preaching and leading Sunday services as well as running the youth groups and overseeing the children’s and families ministry. He sees it as a great privilege to have so many opportunities to share the good news of Jesus with children and young people. 

Ben loves all kinds of sports and plays for his local hockey team.  

Over the years Ben has enjoyed combining his love of sport and the gospel by being part of Christians in Sport, particularly their summer camps, ‘sports plus’. 

Ben attended Oak Hill Theological College in London for 4 years. In that time he enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow in his faith, knowledge and love of the gospel and God’s word.  

Ben has led ski trips in the past and is looking forward to getting back on the slopes and sharing God’s word with others. 

Ben is married to Grace and they have a 1 year old boy called Andrew.
