Steve studied music, working in studio management and production for the BBC, before becoming a full-time composer. He was ordained in 2008 and now divides his time between ministry and composing. Penny communicates her faith through her painting. They have three children and five (soon to be six!) grandkids. They currently worship at Redeemer Church, Winchester.
Derek is married to Carrie and they have three grown up children, and three gorgeous grandchildren! Derek grew up in the North East of England. He was the Senior Minister at Ruislip Baptist Church while Carrie was an infant school teacher. Once retired they moved to Lymington where they’re enjoying walking in the beautiful countryside and coastlines.
Jonathon has been ordained in the Church of England since 2011, and currently serves as Force Lead Chaplain for Devon. He’s married to Emma, they have four sons and a lively cocker spaniel called Louie, so life is busy and blessed. Outside ministry, he loves the outdoors and fitness. He is a qualified personal trainer and enjoys sea swimming, dog
walking, cooking and family time.

Paul and his wife, Fiona are based in Bournemouth and have three grown-up children. Paul heads the customer support team for a UK Church Management System, helping church teams leverage technology in their ministry. Fiona is a sixth-form Head of Year and teacher at a large local secondary school; she is also a seasoned all-year-round sea swimmer!
Dean & Elizabeth are newly retired from being a church minister and nurse respectively. They live in Edinburgh and have 3 grown children. Dean is originally a farmer from USA and Elizabeth from Aberdeen, however they met in South Sudan
serving with a Christian organisation in a war zone…very romantic! They love sunshine, marmite, growing vegetables and salted cashew nuts!
Keith and Maxine were called to ministry in The Salvation Army while working for two years in Zimbabwe where Maxine was a teacher and Keith was a Chartered Accountant. They then served as Officers (Church Ministers) for around 20 years, before Keith joined the leadership team in a Baptist Church and then a Vineyard Church.
Phil and Sharon live in Shanklin, a beautiful seaside town on the Isle of Wight. Phil works as Chaplain for St Mary’s Hospital and Sharon is recently retired from a career in Adult Social Care. They both have inspirational testimonies to the amazing and undeserved transformational power of God. Between them they have 5 adult children and enjoy spending time together seeking God’s will.
Ant is a Pastor working in leadership, strategy, and discipleship at a local church in Bournemouth. He is passionate about people, culture, apologetics, and film. Having studied Philosophy and Literature and an MA in Theology, he enjoys exploring how all these intersect in meaningful and thought-provoking ways. He also co-owns a photography and video business. Married to his wonderful wife, Jo, they’re always up for an adventure.
Greg Downes is the Founder, Director and a Trustee of Kingfisher Ministries Charity. Kingfisher Ministries was launched to provide Evangelism and Training in the UK and Worldwide. Greg has had the joy of preaching on all six (inhabited) continents. He is married to Tamie, and they have two daughters
Steve and Chrissie have been married over 34 years and have 4 adult children. Steve is a full-time Christian Counsellor and a qualified Mental Health First Aider. He is passionate about intentional men’s ministry. Chrissie is a nurse, currently, supporting the needs of the homeless and those struggling with the impact of addiction. They both both love prayer ministry, supporting marriages and caring for people.
