Since moving to Wales David and Sue have become actively involved at the Vine Christian Centre in Bridgend where David has a leadership role. Together they have been involved in running small groups throughout their lives and are also actively involved in supporting and encouraging church leaders and their teams.
Greg Downes is the Founder, Director and a Trustee of Kingfisher Ministries Charity. Kingfisher Ministries was launched to provide Evangelism and Training in the UK and Worldwide. Greg has had the joy of preaching on all six (inhabited) continents. He is married to Tamie, and they have two daughters
Phil and Gwen love the Scriptures and exercising their Spiritual gifts. They are currently part of the leadership of a small church plant in a deprived area of the town which meets in a local school where Gwen is a volunteer, which she loves. Phil enjoys cycling, but muscles and joints are too old to contemplate skiing!
Owen is from a non-denominational church background however was ordained into the Anglican Church in 2013. He is now a Pastor to Postgraduate students. In his free time Owen enjoys making things, playing sport and walking in the forest.
Steve & Katrina are senior pastors of Five Valleys Christian Fellowship in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Steve is an experienced youth worker and spends half of his working week in a local secondary school mentoring students. Katrina works as an early years practitioner, she loves helping and supporting families as they journey through life.
Steve and Chrissie have been married over 30 years and have 4 adult children. They both both love prayer ministry, supporting marriages (including marriage prep) and caring for people, generally. Steve works full time in marketing and is an occasional preacher who is particularly passionate about intentional men’s ministry. Chrissie is a nurse and has an overall desire to show the love of Jesus to everyone.
Married to Rachel and with 3 grown-up kids, Rob lives in the Lake District, where he is an Anglican priest and Curate at Kendal Parish Church. Rob is an avid songwriter, occasional cyclist and has a love/hate relationship with DIY. Rachel is caring and creative – and restless without a project on the go.
Iain is a walker, writer and artisan bread-maker. He has a pastoral heart, enjoying teaching and encouraging.
Tim is married to Debi and they have three children. He’s a Church of England priest who leads LOVECHURCH Bournemouth, a new church planted from HTB in 2014.
