Samos - Greece

Samos is a stunning unspoilt Greek Island. The family-run Zefiros Beach hotel is home to Richmond’s resort here where we offer a range of activities including biking, watersports (at our RYA accredited centre), tennis, dancing and trips to explore this Greek delight.

BIKE CENTRE MANAGER
 Approx May to October

Leads the bike centre operation, ensuring all bikes are safely maintained and professionally presented. Manages budgets, suppliers, and guided rides while dynamically risk assessing routes. Supports the resort team as a rep, drives guest engagement, and contributes fully to ministry life, community, and excellent guest experience.

Admin and Activities Rep

Approx May to October

Delivers seamless guest experiences through effective resort administration, rooming, transfers, excursions, and hotel liaison. Leads on rebooking, social media promotion, and guest engagement while supporting activities and entertainments. A highly visible, guest-focused role combining organisation, warmth, and ministry-led service across all areas of resort life.

Worship Leader and Rep

Approx May to October

Leads Christ-centred worship six times weekly, nurturing a culture of joyful, Spirit-led worship across guests and staff. Supports visiting ministry leaders and delivers music in varied styles. Also serves as a resort rep, supporting guest care, activities, administration, and building meaningful, faith-filled community throughout the season.

WATERSPORTS INSTRUCTOR

Approx May to October

Delivers safe, professional watersports instruction while maintaining equipment and upholding operating procedures. Works within the centre rota to provide outstanding guest experiences, support fellow instructors, and contribute to resort life through social engagement, entertainments, and visible Christian service across the season.

Kids WORKER

Approx July to August

Leads faith-based activities for children aged 4–11, creating a safe, fun environment to explore faith and build friendships. Plans weekly programmes, manages safeguarding systems, supports children’s meals, and contributes to resort activities and entertainments. A highly relational, ministry-led role embedded in daily resort life

Youth WORKER

Approx July to August

Leads faith-based programmes for 12–17s, creating a safe, fun space to explore faith and build friendships. Plans weekly activities and ministry, manages safeguarding systems and paperwork, liaises with parents, supports resort entertainment, and contributes fully to guest care, team life, and Christian community seasonal role.

Application Process

  1. Please submit your name and email address below to start your application, you will receive an email (this can take 5-10 minutes to arrive) with a link to the application which will take around 45 minutes to complete.
  2. We will invite suitable applicants for an interview which may include a presentation and a skills based assessment.
  3. We will request permission to obtain references prior to making a job offer.
  4. Please note that job offers are dependent on right to work checks being completed.
  5. Successful applicants will be contacted and offered an appointment.

Please note that job offers are dependent on your ability to work in the country you will be working in.
EU Passport holders do not require a visa to work however, UK passport holders will require a visa and work permit. Richmond will provide support for these applications but they are personal to each applicant and it remains your responsibility to obtain the required visa.
