Richmond provides all ski staff with a highly competitive salary, board and lodging, travel costs, insurance, uniform, the support of a Christian team around you and a pastor in our resorts.

We are a small team and the competition for these roles is high. We are be looking for exceptional candidates with hospitality experience and a heart for Christian ministry. We will be prioritising EU passport holders as this post will require a working visa for UK passport holders that you will be required to obtain – we provide supporting documentation for this process where required.

Chalet Des Neiges - Three Valleys, France

The stunning ski-in, ski-out Chalet des Neiges is perfectly positioned in Reberty Village right in the heart of the Three Valleys, the largest ski area in the world. The Richmond team host up to 40 guests each week, delighting guests with warm welcome, friendly service and outstanding attendion to detail.

Hours: Full-time, split shifts: 1 full day and 2 half days off weekly

CHALET HOST

Requirements: Minimum 21 years old for insurance purposes, experience in hospitality and full UK/EU driving licence.

Please note, as the roles will be based in France, you will be employed through our French company of the same name. EU passport holders are able to employed without visa but please note that UK passport holders will need to obtain a work permit and French visa before their employment can commence. We will support all applicants through this process.

Please note that job offers are dependant on your ability to work in France.
EU Passport holders do not require a visa to work however, UK passport holders will require a visa and work permit. Richmond will provide support for these applications but they are personal to each applicant and it remains your responsibility to obtain the required visa.
