Ski extras can be booked through Richmond up until 3 weeks before your holiday starts although we recommend booking lessons earlier to ensure availability.

Book your lift pass in advance to avoid queuing at the lift pass office on your first morning. Our helpful staff team will have your pass ready and waiting for you in the chalet upon your arrival.
We can pre-order the Full Three Valleys lift pass, the local Les Menuires and Saint-Martin Lift Pass and Pedestrian Passes!
It’s also possible to add Carré Neige (a supplementary mountain rescue insurance) to your lift pass for £3 per day. Find out more about Carré Neige.

The superb English-speaking Oxygene team are firm favourites with many Richmond guests and their instructors host our Learn to Ski programme. Their lessons start right outside the Richmond chalet so it’s an ideal way to start your day!

Lessons are booked subject to availability and some levels will not be available every week if there is low demand. If your preferred level is not available, you will be offered private lessons as an alternative and Oxygene will contact you directly to arrange this with you.
Groups are limited to 8 per group, except for beginner children ski lessons, which are limited to 6, which encourages fast progress and an excellent learning experience.
Morning group ski lessons are offered for children aged 5-12 and for adults aged 13+. Morning group snowboard lessons are offered for those aged 8 and older.

For children aged 5-12, let the fun continue (for you and them..!) by adding the lunch club after ski lessons. Children will be met at the end of their lessons by the friendly Oxygene team and head to the nearby Children’s zone. Here they will enjoy a delicious cooked lunch and play fun games both indoors and outside in the snow.

Dates of birth are required for all lift pass bookings.
Booking through Richmond Holidays means all your ski extras can be arranged alongside your holiday, with one simple GBP payment. If you pre-book your lift pass through us, it will be waiting for you in the chalet when you arrive, saving you time on your first day in resort.
The easiest way is to complete our online Ski Extras Order Form above. If you’d prefer, our team will also be happy to take your order over the phone or by email.
Ski extras should be booked no later than three weeks before departure. This is the deadline by which we submit our orders to our local suppliers. We may occasionally be able to accept requests after this point, but this cannot be guaranteed and will depend on supplier availability.
We recommend booking lessons sooner than this deadline, particularly during school holidays, as lessons may sell out.
Our Full Three Valleys lift pass offers the best value for most skiers, giving access to over 600km of pistes across Les Menuires, Saint Martin, Val Thorens, Méribel, Courchevel and Orelle.
If you’re a complete beginner or prefer to stay closer to home, the Les Menuires & Saint Martin pass offers access to around 30 lifts and is a great option if you’re planning to stay within the local ski area.

If you’ve read the lesson level finder and are unsure which level to choose, it’s always best to go one step lower – it’s far more rewarding to move up a group than to be moved down.
Oxygene offers lessons for small group sizes, which allow fast progression and flexibility to fine-tune groups at the start of the week.
We can pass on your previous experience or any concerns to Oxygene, and they can help find the right level for you if you’re still unsure.
Yes. If you’re looking for private lessons, off-piste guiding, adaptive skiing or another specialist experience, just get in touch. We’ll be happy to put you in touch with Oxygene to organise the details directly with you.
If you’ve pre-booked equipment hire, you can usually upgrade or swap your equipment during your stay by paying any price difference directly to the hire shop, subject to availability.
Lift passes and equipment hire can be cancelled with a full refund up to three weeks before departure. After this point, we’ll have submitted our order to our local suppliers, so cancellations or amendments cannot be refunded.
Ski lessons can be be cancelled with a full refund up to 30 days before departure. As Oxygene do not offer refunds after this point, we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled lessons within 30 days of departure.
If you need to make a change after these deadlines, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to help, but any amendments will depend on whether our suppliers are still able to accommodate them.
