Would you like to be join our team of volunteer Ministry Leaders, teaching and pastoring the guests and team on our quality Christian holidays in beautiful locations around the world?

Our ministry is about encouragement, shared worship, and community prayer. Each morning, our Ministry Leader(s) start the day with a short time of prayer and reflection, and in the evenings, there are informal meetings, which include times of sung worship, prayer, and more in-depth teaching from God’s Word. We may also hold Sunday communion services and worship evenings, depending on the resort. Our Ministry Leader(s) also available to chat and pray with guests during their holiday, supporting guests within the context of the holiday community.

Samos & Chalet Des Neiges

Minstry Leaders 

Our Ministry Leaders tend to serve for one or two weeks, either as a couple or an individual. The four main elements of the role are:

1. Morning Prayer/Devotions

2. Evening Teaching and Worship (it’s not necessary to be able to play/sing yourself)

3. Pastoral Care of Guests

4. Ministry to the Richmond Staff

Richmond pays for the half-board accommodation of all Ministry individuals/couples and contributions towards many of the other costs including travel. Please see our Ministry Leader Financial Policy for more details.

Please note that the Ministry Leader role is a volunteer position. As all our holidays take place outside the UK, applicants must hold a valid passport and be able to travel for tourism to the resort they will be visiting. We are only able to accept applicants who do not require a visa for travel to our resort destinations.

Application Process

    1. Please submit your name and email address below to start your application, you will receive an email (this can take 5-10 minutes to arrive) with a link to the application which will take around 45 minutes to complete.
    2. We will invite suitable applicants to a face to face or a video interview.
    3. We will request permission to obtain references prior to making an offer.
    4. Successful applicants will be contacted and offered an appointment.
