Why a Fast Track Prorgamme?

As an employer, Richmond actively seek to retain staff and encourage development and progression and our Fast Track Programme is an example of this commitment to investing in and training our own staff.
The Fast Track Programme provides an entry point for individuals who do not yet have the training or experiences necessary for employment.

What is the Richmond Fast Track (FT) Programme?

The Richmond Holidays FT Programme offers you the opportunity to be a part of our vision to provide outstanding, Christ-centred holidays, bringing believers together in incredible locations around the world. This programme allows you to gain experience and qualifications in a variety of roles, learn new skills and live as part of a supportive Christian community that encourages, challenges and inspires.

It will also give you the opportunity to develop your Christian faith and interpersonal skills as well as giving you all the skills you require if you wish to continue a career with Richmond or use them in other areas.

The FT Programme allows trainees to progress into contracted employment with Richmond sooner than the previous Internship programme, see details below.
