Tom is married to Gin (an adult speech and language therapist), and they have three children. Tom has been involved with Richmond Holidays since the very beginning of the company! He did the Richmond gap year program teaching sailing, windsurfing and skiing, and since then, he has been part of a number of both winter and summer seasons!

Tom studied Sports Science at the University of Exeter and enjoys playing and watching all sport. After university Tom worked for the University and Colleges Christian Union (UCCF) and a church in Bristol, before being called to train for ordained ministry in the Church of England. Tom did his theology training at Trinity College Bristol and then helped plant a church on an estate in Oxford, which he has now led for 7 years – Cutteslowe Connected Church. https://www.cuttesloweconnected.org/

Alongside church planting, Tom also serves in the British Army Reserves as an Army Chaplain. When not planting a church or playing sport, Tom enjoys time with the family, good food and riding his motorbike.
