We absolutely loved our holiday, from start to finish all the Richmond staff have been amazing! The chalet has such a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Even though it was the end of the season they were all constantly happy and amazingly helpful. The chalet and the food were wonderful but it’s definitely the staff that make Richmond stand out from anywhere we have been before.
I have never had a holiday like it! I loved the fact that when we arrived, we were all strangers, but by the end, we were one big church family. The daily ministry time was nurturing and the Sunday communion a lovely event. I could see how each of the staff wanted to be a blessing to the guests, and I appreciated them reaching out to guests who were travelling alone. Keep doing what you're doing, with God at the centre!
It was like being with family - I travelled alone with some trepidation but everyone was so friendly and inclusive. The ministry times were uplifting and it was great to be able to praise God together in such amazing scenery. I really appreciated the Resort Rep's phone call a few days before I left for France saying how excited they were that I was coming and that they were praying for me (that phone call gave me courage as I was in two minds not to go as I was on my own)
