Welcome to Chalet Elise

Chalet Elise is nestled in the charming Bettaix Village. This typically French village is very peaceful and has the gentle Doron river winding through the middle.

From the chalet, there is easy access to the fantastic ski resort of The Three Valleys; the lift is only a few minutes’ walk from the boot room and will take you to Les Menuires.

Our friendly staff team will make sure that you have a fantastic holiday – from providing a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day, to helping you select a ski route, then welcoming you back each afternoon with a smile and a slice of cake. Chalet Elise has two saunas and hot tubs that are positioned on the outside balcony, as well as sun loungers where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity looking out onto the mountains.

Don't just take our word for it!

This is the most amazing holiday we have had. We can’t thank you enough. The team were fantastic and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The Christian atmosphere and teaching was fantastic. We will definitely be booking with Richmond again!

Philip, January 19, Chalet Elise

The staff at Chalet Elise were a real team - they were efficient, united, friendly, supportive of each other as well as the guests, and genuinely caring, with a big dose of fun and joie de vivre. Our feeling was that this was a "golden" team, and a beautiful demonstration of what a little piece of the kingdom could be like.

Susannah, December 18, Chalet Elise

The staff in Le Bettaix were ALL outstanding! All of them made such an effort, they were all Superstars! Lydia is an outstanding manager and has created a real team that love each other and work well together! Great job!

Tom, December 18, Chalet Elise

What better way to relax, refresh and renew spiritually than in the beautiful mountain scenery, in a warm, friendly chalet, with warm, kind and interesting people. I was very well looked after, and the chalet team did an outstanding job throughout the week to make the holiday special.

Frances, December 18, Chalet Elise

The whole team were brilliant and they were very competently led by Lydia. They all had great characters, and I think I have to say they were one of the best teams I have experienced. There was just something special about them as a team that I can't quantify in words.

Frances, December 18, Chalet Elise

I think the warmth, welcoming, friendliness and willingness of the Manager and staff. This started with a very nice call from Lydia before the start of the holiday and continued after arrival. It really made for a lovely experience, especially at Christmas time.

Malcolm, December 18, Chalet Elise

Lydia and her team were amazing! Friendly, helpful, fun, lovely!

Just to say… we will do our best to cater for any dietary requirements, please let us know at the point of booking your holiday.
