With God at the centre of what we do, we work to provide God’s people with a break away from the day to day routine in places specially chosen to offer our distinctive style of holiday.
A Richmond holiday is different because we want you to have a break where you can strengthen your relationship with God. For some, one of our holidays can be a life changing experience, helping with decisions, situations and concerns while for others it can simply be a great reminder of God’s grace and majesty as you travel to beautiful parts of His creation.
Times of praise and hearing God’s Word
All our holidays have time for praise and worship, prayer and hearing God’s word. Most days begin with an optional morning prayer meeting, and in the early evening there will be an informal meeting with worship, prayer and Bible teaching. We hope that these meetings will add greatly to your holiday and help you hear what God is saying to you!
Please feel free to join in as much or as little as you like, none of these meetings are compulsory and are primarily there for you as a resource if you want to use it. Also, if you are a gifted musician and would like to contribute to these meetings please feel free to come prepared to do so.

An enhanced focus to the holiday ministry
As always a Christian leadership team will be on hand for every holiday. They are with you on your holiday to serve you, to listen, offer advice and also be a friendly face as well as lead the daily meetings. We draw leaders from a range of denominational backgrounds but they all aim to provide an atmosphere where everybody will be able to meet with God.
Part of our renewed vision is to increase our witness and Christian presence in each of our resorts and to achieve this we are building permanent ministry teams in each resort. Being salt and light to those around us is an essential part of Christian living. We have seen many examples of God impacting the lives of those around our groups in resorts and we believe that God is calling us to enhance this dimension to the holiday ministry

Most of all, the best thing about a Richmond Holiday is the friends you will make. There are few other holidays where you will meet so many other people with the same outlook on this life as you. Whether travelling as a family, by yourself or as a group, we are sure you will be enjoy sharing dinner, relaxing, praying and even sailing together with God’s people.
